1.4. Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of damage or defect to expedite the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
2.2. Gift cards and items purchased during clearance sales are also non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the claim.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
